General terms and conditions for delivery of goods

  1. The goods are delivered by the courier to the address specified by the Buyer on working days from 8 am to 5 pm.
  2. All orders over 30 kg are delivered to your home place (the place where a cargo minibus can arrive). Carrying upstairs is not included in the price.
  3. The delivery price is calculated and indicated to the Buyer before paying for the goods in the e-shop: www.ecosisters.eu. The delivery price depends on the weight, dimensions and place of delivery.
  4. The goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 3-7 working days from the received payment for the goods.
  5. When the product is not in stock in Lithuania, the delivery date is indicated next to the product description in the e-shop www.ecosisters.eu or indicated at the moment of placing the order.
  6. During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the quantity of the ordered goods, the condition of the packaging and the goods. In case you notice any violations in the appearance of the goods or inconsistencies in the assembly of the goods during the delivery-acceptance of the goods, be sure to mark this on the invoice, bill of lading or other delivery-acceptance document of the consignment. After the Buyer has signed the delivery document, it is considered that the purchase and sale agreement has been fulfilled and the Buyer has no claims.

Returns policy

Ecosisters.eu follows all laws of the Republic of Lithuania which regulate electronic market.

Each quality product is guaranteed for 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. The Purchaser may return purchased good only in that case, if good was not damaged or its appearance was not essentially changed, also if it was not used.

Each product comes with a factory warranty which period is indicated in every product description. In most cases it is 24 months. The factory defects are not related to the natural wear of the product and the impact of improper use or use not in accordance with the instructions.

  1. To return a good quality item:

contact us by email info@ekoseses.lt. Goods will not be taken back without prior notice and coordination of the return. Please explain the reason for returning the item and attach a document proving the purchase.

Returned goods must be in original, not affected package together with all package content.

The Purchaser covers the expenses of the Product return. Seller returns money, paid for the good to customer in the period of 14 days, counting from the reception date of the returned good.

  1. To return a defective product:

contact us by email info@ekoseses.lt. Please attach a purchase invoice and send us defected product photos, so that we could resolve the issue of return, replacement or refund as soon as possible. Goods will not be taken back without prior notice and coordination of the return.

In case of not qualitative good, expenses for goods return must be covered by a seller.

Written response regarding the return, replacement or compensation for the goods will be given no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the consumer’s request.

Wicker furniture warranty conditions

Warranty conditions:

  • The warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty covers defects in the quality of the goods caused through the fault of the manufacturer.
  • The natural wear and tear of a product or a change in its properties shall not be considered to be a defect in the quality of the product.
  • Natural changes of the fabric or filler due to wear shall not be considered to be a defect in the quality of the product.
  • The warranty service shall not apply in cases where the products have not been used as intended, the recommendations for use have not been followed or products have been damaged through the fault of the buyer.
  • The warranty does not cover the following components: glass table top, silicone props under the glass, cushions (seats and backrests), mattresses, etc. The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

– improper use and storage of furniture;

– improper maintenance;

– mechanical damages;

– self-repair, modification or structural changes.

  • The warranty period shall commence from the day of transfer of the goods to the buyer.
  • The warranty shall be provided upon presentation of purchase documents.

The Seller shall not be responsible for the situations where the colour, shape or other parameters of the product available in the online store may not correspond to the actual size, shape and colour of the product due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.

Recommendations for use:

  • To ensure the maximum service life of the furniture, try to create a shade. Although rattan is resistant to UV rays, after many years of exposure to direct sunlight, the wicker can lose its integrity and change its properties. Thus, an umbrella or awning that protects from sunlight will significantly extend the service life of your outdoor furniture.
  • It is recommended to cover outdoor furniture left outdoors during the winter to protect it from precipitation.

If you notice latent defects of the product during the warranty period (up to 24 months), please take a photo and immediately send it by e-mail to info@ekoseses.lt. The manufacturer of the product will then determine whether the defect of the product is covered by the warranty, i.e., whether it can be deemed a manufacturing defect. We will immediately inform you about the manufacturer’s decision by the means of communication specified by you.

If the reason for return of the product is its poor quality, we undertake to replace the product of deficient quality with an adequate quality product at our own expense, or to refund the money paid for the product.

Hanging chair warranty conditions

Warranty conditions:

  • The warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty covers defects in the quality of the goods caused through the fault of the manufacturer.
  • The natural wear and tear of a product or a change in its properties shall not be considered to be a defect in the quality of the product.
  • Natural changes of the fabric or filler due to wear shall not be considered to be a defect in the quality of the product.
  • The warranty service shall not apply in cases where the products have not been used as intended, the recommendations for use have not been followed or products have been damaged through the fault of the buyer.
  • The warranty does not cover the following elements: cushions (seats and backrests) and corrosion of the frame, as chemicals used in the garden, fertilisers or excess humidity, can damage metal paint and coatings.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

– improper use and storage of chairs;

– improper maintenance;

– mechanical damages;

– self-repair, modification or structural changes.

  • The warranty period shall commence from the day of transfer of the goods to the buyer.
  • The warranty shall be provided upon presentation of purchase documents.

Recommendations for use:

  • To ensure the maximum service life of the chairs, try to create a shade. Although rattan is resistant to UV rays, after a prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, the wicker can lose its integrity and change its properties. Thus, an umbrella, awning or cover that protects from sunlight will significantly extend the service life of your hanging chair.
  • The chair must only be placed on a level surface to prevent it from tipping over. When placing the chair on grass, it is recommended to ensure additional reinforcement of the base.
  • Do not jump and swing intensely in the chair or run and jump into it – the construction is not suitable for such use. Protect yourself!
  • It is recommended to cover hanging chairs left outdoors during the winter to protect it from precipitation. Before covering, it is recommended to attach the hanging part to the stand (tie it up) to prevent it from banging against the stand due to winter winds. However, if the cover firmly covers the chair, tying it will not be necessary.
  • If after winter or not using the chair for a long time you hear a squeaking noise, it is recommended to lubricate the connecting points (see picture) with vegetable oil (e.g., olive oil) used in household:
